"Almost Human" Set Sale

The MOMMIETRON and I checked out the sale this morning.  Chad and his beautiful daughter Savannah had the same thing in mind.  ;-)

The one day event took place in this little warehouse, but it was a good one!  There were no line-ups and the prices were cheap.

It's like finding the Holy Grail when you spot something brand new and has never been used.  I got this pair of pants for $5...

and same for this one!  Two-piece suits went for $10 and I even heard that in the final hour, all the items dropped to $1/each!  :-)

It's been a couple years since I last worked at this location.  I still remember taking a bus here!

I dropped by Capilano Volkswagen after we wrapped.  Last week, I emailed Shaun some photos of my Jetta and his manager loved them so much, he posted them on the dealership's Facebook page!

As a token of thanks, they gave me this Volkswagen baseball cap!

Christmas Cats (Day 1)

Bringing us into work after lunch, eh?  Okay, I'll grab a Pear Baguette Sandwich from Finch's beforehand then!  ;-)

After my meal, I drove down to Fort Langley to work.

And look, Rachael was working on another production right next door to ours!  :-)

Gus Sits

I walked Gus to Jack Poole Plaza this morning before my Pilates class.

When I was done my class I walked him again, but this time to the beach!  Thank goodness the city hasn't restricted this Off-Leash Area with the summer hours they invoked on Hadden Park.  Dogs are not allowed at the latter area from 10:00 - 17:00.  So fucken stupid!

Gus had a good swim today.

Since the day was warm he dried-off pretty quick!  I eventually brought him back home before I returned to gym for a group cycling class.  ;-)

Dinner at Gus'

The Megatron invited her parents and me over for dinner tonight!

Itchy and scratchy.

Awww, he's tired from all the hiking he did today.  :-)

Pizza and a Flick

It was a late night dinner at Pizzeria Barbarella.

It was a good suggestion by Amy!

So good, we ordered two pizzas!

And for dessert we had an awesome Banoffee Pie!

After our meal, we drove over to the Rio to watch a midnight flick.  I can't tell you what we watched because according to the first two rules were not supposed to talk about it.  ;-)

Dinner at the Oakwood

Christine, Todd, and I went over to the Oakwood after our day at the beach!

I had their Flat-Iron Steak which was good, but a little pricey at $22.

This was the fucken bomb!  The Trio of Masons which were samplers of their three desserts was absolutely delicious!  :-)

I like what they've done to this place!!!
