Aaaahhh yeeeaaahhh!!! I won an iPod Shuffle from my Steve Nash Sports Club! All I had to do was workout 12 times within six weeks to be entered into their weekly draw. Not too hard since I haven't worked at all this month, so I've just been exercising practically everyday!
When I left the gym, I noticed this teddy bear riding shotgun in a courier truck. LOL!

After working-out this afternoon, I met-up with Lila and Fatty.
We went over to Capers for some brunch!
After eating, we went for a walk along the seawall until we reached the Olympic Cauldron.
This was the closest I've ever been to it!
It used to be cordoned-off all the time. :-(
"Now, that's a BJ for sure!" said Fatty. ;-)
Later in the evening, I met-up with Elizabeth and Derek for some dinner.
They were busy eating fat while I ate healthy. ;-)
I'm eating like a rabbit now. LOL!
I was at Shellaine and Ron's tonight.
I ate a yummy scone in the presence of Sharyssa.

It was time to play 'Partini'!
More and more people kept showing-up. :-)
Sharyssa played her own game, but I don't know what.
"What the hell has happened to Dijon's hair?!?" Apparently, it's the result of a raw food diet. :-(

At the end of the night when it was time to close, only Fatty had the guts to kick-out the 'Compact Muscles from Brussels' from the club. LOL!
I was out in Richmond tonight, playing hockey and totally missing Amber's surprise birthday party. :-(
Not as many people today, so I played on a line with Quincy and Boris for most of the game.

Scoring Line 2 produced 5 goals tonight! Boris got one and Quincy and I both scored twice! Playing with Boris can be very productive. Even Rich bagged one!
After my workout, Rich and I met-up with Pauline at her work, the Mount-Cashmere store. Look at all the wonderful colours they've got here. Actually, they have some stuff on sale right now! ;-)
Pauline and Rich... These two just got back from spending a week in Jamaica! Just look Rich's tan. LOL!
While doing my laundry this afternoon, the MOMMIETRON and I checked out RAYE.
Thanks to Surya, I found out about this little patisserie!
You can just smell all the freshness being baked in this place!
Of course some Pain au Chocolate and Tea for the both of us. I'm coming back here again!
In the evening, I met-up with the boys and girls at Joe's Apartment for some karaoke action.
Because we have Kerri with us, we get free shots from the bartender. ;-)
Since it's going to be Fatty's birthday soon, Y Yoga emailed him with an offer for a free session. Along with the offer, he could bring two friends to take part as well! So, we all went to the Flow Wellness location in Downtown Vancouver.
After our sweat session, we got some Protein Shakes at Blenz. 
LOL! Fatty and I almost past out after one of the poses tonight! Hey, come on, it was hot in there.
