I went over to The Portside Pub tonight to meet Nathan,

Alex and his girlfriend Jess,

and the rest of the Bridge Crew 2015 for some food and drinks!

Just like we planned it,

but we were still missing three more crew members.  Oh well, you can't win it all,

but there's always next time!  ;-)

I drove over to the McArthurGlen Outlets...

with Deb, so we could shop at the Lindt Store.

We both took advantage of their Lindor sale!  Haha!  :-)

Iona Beach We Go!

I decided to take the Gus Bus to Iona Beach today since the weather was still nice!

The MOMMIETRON was free as well, so I took her too!

So much space for this dog to roam!

We saw a bunch of barges floating on the Fraser.

Mom's never been here before.

Gus was lovin' it!

"I can smell you."  ;-)

"I am Wind in his Hair."  ;-)

On the way back, we walked along the beach.

Gus went straight for the water!  Haha!

Much better than being stuck inside an apartment, eh?

What a great view!?!

There he is going for another dip.

Emerging from the water...

with a stick in mouth.

"Go Gus go!"

And he kept going...

and going!

We met a Frenchie named Bugsy along the way...

and they exchanged pleasantries.

The MOMMIETRON got her exercise in.

"In the Philippines the water is so clear," she said.

"This stuff looks dirty."  LOL!

Patiently waiting for us...

was Cthulhu?!?

"This tree was so big!" she said.  Haha!

Sadly, we eventually had to leave.  :-(

The Sun Returns

The weather was beautiful once again, so the MOMMIETRON and I took Gus to Granville Island before doing my laundry.

Gus got so excited when Mom came back from the washroom.

Haha!  :-)

Just chillin' with some coffee and treats.

Gus listened to a little music.

We also paid a visit to Pauline at the Rogers' Chocolates Store!

My Akubra has become quite useful these days.

I eventually did my laundry and when I finished, we took Gus for a swim.

I think he found the water a little cold because he didn't really want to spend to much time here.

"Are you coming?" he asked.  LOL!

Late in the afternoon, Gus and I drove over to Yaletown...

to meet Kelvin for Happy Hour at Wild Tale Coastal Grill!  Their Lobster Poutine was really good!

Gus was such a good boy and waited close by.  He did get a lot of attention from the staff though.  :-)

I ordered Todd's Banana Cream Pie for dessert!

Someone special dropped by for a quick visit after she got wrapped from set!  :-)
