"Well, hello Mr. Bluenose!" :-)
Early this afternoon, I dropped by Mandi's place...
for the launch of her hand-crafted jewelry and accessories!
Check out her website: www.mandileighdesigns.com
I bought this pair of earrings for the Megatron.
Sitting on his throne is Mandi's cat, Marley! :-)
They've got a great view from up here!
I walked over to the beach after leaving Mandi's place.
It may have been cold today,
but it was still pretty out here!
I bought a little snack at Viva Fine Foods & Bakery.
Later in the evening, Dino and...
a bunch of us attended a screening of Louisa's short films, "Undone" and "The Last Night".
She ordered some food from Cambie Pizza! FYI: Ed will be shutting down his joint after tonight and re-open once he relocates in the West End.
At least we all got a good taste before his hiatus. ;-)
Big thanks to Mandi and Louisa for invites to their events today!!! :-)

Friday Night Lights (Game 7)
After having lunch with Kelvin, I walked over to Sophie's Pet Palace and picked-up this hand-crafted leather dog collar by Gary Gibson. Yuko did mention Gus was a fashionista. ;-)
In the evening, it was time to hit the ice. Big Dave was on the other side tonight and his team would lead us 5-1, but somehow the Red Army stormed back to win 9-7! Even I bagged one. :-)

Earnest Visit x 2
I called-up Tennille and...
she brought Mrs. Mia Wallace for a walk with Gus and me this afternoon.
We walked all the way to Earnest Ice Cream!
Tennille introduced the Affogato to me. I've never had one before, but it's really good! We kind of joked that it looked like a brain. LOL! ;-)
Gus and I parted ways with the girls and as we walked home, I tried to capture the little rainbow behind my loved one.
Later in the evening, we were at it again!
After dinner, Gus and I brought his mom to our favourite ice cream joint! Haha! :-)

Chicken Little (Season 5)
I think Marilyn is following me. Haha!
The last time I was at this location...
was more than 2 years ago!
I never thought I'd be back on this production again after getting killed-off in Season 2: Episode 8,
but here I am! :-)
How?
They hired me as a Photo-Double & Stand-In today!
Whoa, it's Optimus Prime! ;-)
The apocalypse has come.
Bright lights, big city...

Goodbye to Three Hat Pat
Sad news today because my favourite hockey coach, Pat Quinn passed away today at the age of 71. I'll never forget the time when some fans and I met him outside of the Pacific Coliseum after the Vancouver Canucks '91-'92 season. As he signed autographs, the others kept asking him on his outlook for the next season, but when he came to me I asked him, "What kind of gum do you chew?" He looked at me and laughed. "Sugarless, anything sugarless," he replied.
Goodbye Pat Quinn. :-(

Panaderia Latina Bakery
After running a couple of errands, the MOMMIETRON and I drove over to the Panaderia Latina Bakery.
If it weren't for Boris, I wouldn't know of this place.
Leave it to a Calgarian to tell me where it's at. LOL!
There's the Milhojas, the object of my desire!
I'll never forget the first time I tasted one at Boris and Hilda's wedding. Now, I can always get one because it's actually kind of close to my home. :-)
And look at the size of their Empanadas! Looks like I'll be back for more. ;-)

Evidence for Democracy
On my way to the Railway Club, Elizabeth texted me a photo of Keith and Endo spotting me on last weeks episode of "The 100". LOL!
Katie invited me down to watch an episode of "The Fifth Estate" tonight.
Evidence for Democracy held a screening of "Silence of the Labs". It was a very enlightening episode which focused on how our current Canadian government has cut funding to research that provides evidence on the harmful effects to our environment caused by industry. The Harper government basically wants to hide the inconvenient truth from us all.
Take some time and watch this. We should all be informed about this situation, so we could all vote accordingly in the next federal election!

Paula & JF's Birthday Awesomeness!!!
I cooked a Tenderloin this morning to start-off my day.
In the afternoon, I drove down to the Extreme Air Park in Richmond for Paula and JF's birthday!
Here's Lesley signing-up for a Sony Action Cam.
JP was one of the representatives promoting the product for the day!
It was perfect because the facility doesn't allow cameras or phones inside the jump zones. All the video we shot is supposed to be uploaded to YouTube, so now we wait.
Our happy and tired crew... LOL! :-)
Time to have dinner at Kyo.
Knights of the Round Table.
We were all hungry, but fucken cold in this place. LOL!
The climate control in this spot of the restaurant totally sucked.
We enjoyed our meal regardless. :-)
After dinner, we went down to JF's place to play games!
I really enjoyed this strategic one called Coup! It's from the same creators of Resistance.
Haha! This one looks like Barry!!!
See?!?
LOL! Poor Paula she had an allergic reaction to some face cream a couple of days ago, so she slathered-on the calamine.
Happy birthday you guys!!! :-)
