Errand Day

My first stop of the day was at Aarm Dental to see Dr. Mike and Paulette.  They took a mold of my teeth last week and now it was time to get my Night Guard fitted.  :-)

After going to the gym and getting a massage, I went down to the West End...

to meet Ann and Maya for dinner at Lolita's!

We ran into the Love Bug at the end of our night!  :-)

Running Errands

This morning I went down to Point Roberts with the MOMMIETRON and Gus to pick-up my new pair of Tigers!  :-)

We were all hungry, so we stopped by Pajos on the way home.

This is definitely the time to come down...

because there's no one here!  ;-)

Later in the day, I dropped by the Aarm Dental Group to get my chipped molar repaired.

As usual, Dr. Mike Flunkert did an excellent job!  He was fast too, under 25 minutes.

Since I didn't have to get any freezing done to my mouth, I was able to eat right after my appointment.

We grabbed some grub at Tartine Bread & Pies!  :-)

Wise Shopping

I got-up early today for a workout before the extraction of my last wisdom tooth.  It's so gross, you can already see decay had formed on it!

I hopped on a SeaBus shortly after to get Gus...

and then I brought him back to the other side with me.  I only found out recently that you can bring dogs on the SeaBus!  They have to travel within the kennel and each ship only has one.  Poor Gus, he did not like that thing.  He immediately put on the brakes at the first sight of that cage!  LOL!

We eventually arrived on the other end safe and sound...

to meet the MOMMIETRON, so we could take her shopping!  What's in the bag?

It's her brand new Hybridge Lite Hoody by Canada Goose!

Ohhh, what a cutie pie!!!  :-)

Extraction of Wisdom

I had an early morning appointment at the Aarm Dental Group with Dr. Mike Flunkart to remove a wisdom tooth.  This one was far more simple to remove than the bottom wisdom teeth I had done as a teen!

As you can see, this one had a cavity.  I've never seen tooth decay before, but it's nasty!

I also picked-up a new jacket when the traffic died down.  I'm so ready for what Mother Nature has in store for us this winter.  ;-)

Errand Day

I walked in my new shoes to this morning's dentist appointment.

Dimple gave me a cleaning first and then I had the last set of my fillings replaced by Dr. Mike Flunkert aka My Beautiful Dentist.  Hehe...

After my teeth were done, I paid a visit to Pauline at the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory!  She manages the store at 1017 Robson Street in Vancouver.

Wow, Caramel Apples sure have evolved since my childhood!

They have Ice Cream Bars which come in many options of coating and they also have Popcorn that the MOMMIETRON would totally enjoy!  ;-)

Now, it was time to pick-up Jetta James from Capilano Volkswagen.  She had her first service appointment today!

I also retrieved Gus for a sleep-over tonight!  :-)

Oh, last March I blogged that Heidi and Maya had their first day doing background on a CVS Health commercial. Turns-out they got featured and were both upgraded to actors, so now they're each $3000 richer!  Woohoo!!!  :-)

My Dental Fix

Woohoo!  My old co-worker, Colin (from my days at the bank) drove me to my dentist this morning!  "Just one ping?" he would always ask me.  ;-)

I was back in the seat at the Aarm Dental Group (Hornby) to get three fillings replaced.

LOL!  My beautiful dentist, Michael couldn't get over my Adidas Springblades!

I'm always in good hands with Dr. Flunkert and Paulette.  :-)

Later in the day, I ran into Bombyx while I waited for Sara to arrive!  The Bomber has a recurring role as a police officer on the hit TV series "Arrow"!

Here we go, she finally arrived!

We haven't seen each other since we last worked together on Pale's trailer.

After a couple of drinks and some gelati, it was time to drop her off at work.  :-(

In the evening, a bunch of us gathered at Thai's place for a Birthday Bacon Barbecue...

for our Viki!  Apparently, this is a Hungarian tradition of sticking bacon and onions on a skewer...

and cooking them over a fire.  We would catch all the bacon grease on sliced bread.  It was quite delicious!

Our birthdays are just a day apart!
