Mens Rea (Day 3)

Well, I (Lucas Talent) was back on this production today because they didn't use me last Thursday.  It's a good thing they brought me in after lunch because I don't know if I'd be able to eat in such a smelly location.  Let's just say the stench was pretty "fowl".  And guess what, I didn't get used AGAIN!!  LOL!

After we wrapped, I drove downtown to workout.  On my way to the gym, I walked by Pizzeria Ludica  & Game Room.  They've got a bunch of boardgames similar to the set-up at The Storm Crow Tavern, except they're not open as late.  ;-)

An Afternoon at the Vancouver Aquarium

We were at the Vancouver Aquarium this afternoon...

and once again thanks to Alphonse, we all got free admission!

This is one of my favourite tanks at this place.

It took me awhile to figure-out what all the fish were looking at, but then I realized it was the light because all the flies are attracted to it!  LOL!  ;-)

They call him One-Eyed Pete.  :-)

After the tour, we went shopping and finally got a frame for the photos from Rich and Pauline's wedding in Mexico.  :-)

A Night with the VSO

In the evening, I went over to the Orpheum...

with Gayle, Alponse, and Marianne...

to watch the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in full effect!

It's kind of funny, I'm usually here for work.  This is the first time I've been here for a performance!  ;-)

Friday Night Lights (Game 14)

I met-up with Alphonse, Marianne, and Ronin at the H.R. MacMillan Space Centre this morning.  Thanks to Alphonse, we all got free admission!  :-)

In the evening, I was back at the Richmond Ice Centre for our weekly game.  No goals for me tonight in our 12-7 loss, but at least Boris scored a couple for us.  ;-)

Sans Magicland (Day 3)

After my workout this afternoon, I finally had a chance to drop by the second location of the Momento Coffee House...

and see Sophie and her family!

My first day of work this year had finally come!

After we wrapped, I went for a second workout.  When I was done, I ran into Teresa at the Body Energy Club in the City Square Shopping Centre!

She said they're actually opening a location in Los Angeles!

Gus Goes to Granville Island

I took Gus to Granville Island this morning,

but I wasn't alone.  The MOMMIETRON joined me this time!

Since the MOMMIETRON and I had something to eat, it was only fair to get some treats for Gus.  He basically led us to Woofles & Meowz!  ;-)

It was quite the beautiful day!

We enjoyed walking our good boy here.

as we followed.  Hehe...

LOL!  I was trying to get a shot of Gus alone, but she wanted to get in on the action.

Apparently, this is the best time to come.  It's not as busy and everything is fresh, especially the baked goods!  ;-)

As we continued along the perimeter, we bumped into Troy (one of my favourite yoga instructors at the Steve Nash Sports Club)!   We left the peninsula soon after to do some laundry and shopping.

When we were done, we walked Gus up to Megan's office to do the drop.

She always jokes how he gets depressed whenever I leave him,

but how do you think we feel?  :-(

Oh, and look what we picked-up today!  ;-)
