Radurday

This morning, Todd and I went for a run around Stanley Park.
On the way back we noticed this stealthy-looking yacht docked in Coal Harbour.
Damn, that's one big cruise liner!
LOL!  I ran into Kelsey earlier at the gym when we both started our workouts.  I guess we ended our sessions at the same time!
Later in the afternoon, I met-up with the Deumas at Locarno Beach.
I got a surprise audition for a commercial today, so on the way back Boris dropped me off at GO Studios.
In the evening, a bunch of us went over to Greg and Angie's for a Cancer-Free Party.
We all played an awesome board game called "The Resistance"!
Great, I caught Bridgette in mid-chew.  :-(
The four late arrivals.
Big thanks to Ed of Cambie Pizza for delivering way outside of his radius!!!  :-)
I may have conquered a few local mountains, but Greg conquered Hodgkin's Lymphoma Cancer!

Congratulations to Greg, Angie, and the medical staff on their victory!!!

Fuck yeah!!!  :-)

Christmas Already?!?

Thank goodness I peaced-out from Desolation Sound yesterday or else I wouldn't have been able to work on set with Steve (Double Agents) and Kathryn (Showbiz Management) today!
Oh I remember this dog, it's Paws!  :-)
I first met her on "Falling Skies"!  http://adventuresofedrocker.blogspot.ca/2011/11/chicken-little-day-14.html
This one was guarding our holding.  LOL!

Desolation Sound (Day 3)

Well, I did it!  This morning I asked Fatty to drop me off at the Squirrel Cove harbour and I made my way home from there.  There is no taxi service on Cortes Island, so the locals hitchhike!  I've never hitchhiked before, but this wonderful woman gave me a lift all the way to Campbell River!

Thank you Victoria!!!  :-)
Once I arrived in Campbell River, I took a Greyhound ($36.12 CAD) to Nanaimo and booked a seaplane!
Harbour Air charged me just $69.00 CAD for a trip to Downtown Vancouver!
Yes, I could have just spent $15 on a BC Ferry, but then I'd be back on the water for an hour and 40 minutes.  This plane can make it in just 20 minutes!
The cockpit.
Now, this was fucken funny!  When the pilot played the Passenger Instructional Video, I recognized a bunch of the actors in it.  That's Bill getting his cellphone taken away!
Marisol wearing a lifejacket...
and Patrick inflating one!  LOL!
I've never taken a seaplane before,
so I was pretty determined to do so.
Yeah, fuck that ride!  ;-)
The view from up here is spectacular!
A lighthouse on an island.
The rear view.
The starboard pontoon.

That's UBC!

Approaching Downtown Vancouver.

Hey, I've run that Seawall countless times!
You can see straight down Georgia Street from up here!

Time to land.
We've arrived!
Disembarking.
I've always watched these planes come and go from afar,
so it was awesome to finally take a ride in one!
I don't plan on taking a ferry ever again.  ;-)
It's good to be back!  :-)
I'm hungry.
Huh, I bet that's a picture car from "Almost Human"!
Well, I dropped by Cambie Pizza to visit Adrianna, Leanne, and Ed!
And of course, I ordered my favourite Oro Verde Pizza.  Hartley's wife, Grace just happened to be here too!

Seriously, what an adventure the day turned out to be!?!  :-)
