After our workout, Fatty and I decided to go down to the Body Energy Club to pick-up some protein powder. We've both been out of this stuff for quite some time and I've been spending a lot of money on protein shakes at cafes, so it was time to be efficient on the funds. I loved the MyoFusion Banana Perfection by Gaspari Nutrition so much that I got so excited when I saw they came out with a new flavour, Strawberries and Cream! I grabbed it immediately. Fatty bought the Milk Chocolate flavour. It's time to get huge!!!
