Lux Aeterna

Since I was shooting at a precarious location tonight, I decided to rent this Nissan Sentra...
from Enterprise for just $22.98 CAD for the day!
Well since I already had a ride, I decided to drive over the border to Point Roberts to pick-up the sunglasses I ordered online.
It has 3 sets of interchangeable lens.  One set is polarized.
The glasses are from the company's new Tech line-up and they're super light!  Up here in Canada, they retail for $289.95 plus HST, but I only paid $148.88 USD.  ;-)
It was time to work the night shoot out in South Delta.  The opportunity cost: no poker with Boris and friends tonight.  :-(
Just feed me and I'm (Showbiz Management) happy.  ;-)

Last Game of the Season

Woohoo, three car2gos outside of my home!  I actually rented the first couple.  ;-)
After picking-up some cheques from Showbiz, I ran into Charles and Trinity who had the same idea!  Man, Trin's getting so big.  :-)
I treated myself to a Burger Combo at Vera's after my day at Steve Nash.
And here it is, the last game of the season for the boys of Friday Night Lights.
The Darks aka Team Jay were looking a little outgunned at the beginning.
Boris!
Jimmy played forward tonight!
The view from the bench...
Two-thirds of our top scoring line...
A lot of people showed-up tonight...
and it turned-out to be one of our lowest scoring...
and most competitive game of the season.
Jay scored a hat-trick tonight...
and our team won the game, 5-3!  He got his wish and finally beat Team Stef.  LOL!
George took a turn at raising our impromptu trophy.
We had fun passing it around.
"Give me the fucken thing already!"
Yeah, baby!!!
Rich...
Boris...
Dave made some good passes tonight.  Hopefully, Stef can rent the Oval soon and we can play again.  ;-)

The Hospital Visitor (Day 5)

I was back on location this morning at Riverview Hospital...
and so was Carlo (Showbiz Management).  He suggests taking Quest Zinc & Vitamin C Lozenges if you feel a cold coming on.  ;-)
(Showbiz Management) didn't even get used.
I basically spent most of the day at my command centre.  ;-)

Coco

I was missing this little guy, so I decided to pop-in Oakridge Tailors to say, "hi!"
LOL!  Look what Joy did to his nails.  She put nail polish on them!
Will and Joy are lucky parents because Coco is such a good doggie.  :-)

The Hunger Games

Todd and I went out to SilverCity Coquitlam to watch "The Hunger Games" tonight.
Since we had enough Scene Points, we decided to try out their VIP Cinemas!
Let the snobbery begin.
At first, we were just going to get regular tickets, but the salesperson said for the same amount of points we could get VIP tickets instead!
They've got a lounge in here.
Food and drinks are served here and you can bring them all into the theatre, except alcoholic beverages.
The seats are huge and they all have swivel tables for your meal.
Gratitude to Todd for dinner and the ride home!!!  :-)

About the movie now, it was good!  I guess that's to be expected since Jennifer Lawrence is such a strong actress.  I look forward to the second film with a three-finger salute baby!  ;-)

The Hospital Visitor (Day 4)

Seriously, it totally feels like we're working on "Falling Skies" again except warmer.  ;-)
Breakfast with Carlo (Showbiz Management) and Jon (Showbiz Management)...
See?!?  This is my (Showbiz Management) old toque from "Falling Skies"!
Riverview just looks classic.
There wasn't too many of us this time.
Lunch with Ashley (Local Color)...  LOL!
